Eat Flowers?
The addition of edible flowers to cocktails, charcuterie boards, pastas, salads, sushi and desserts elevate the eating experience. Edible flowers have unique flavors all their own and some often share the same taste notes as the plant they are grown from. The next time you are served a flower on your cocktail or dish…it’s okay, eat it!
